All sales of digital downloads are final. Once a purchase is completed, you will not be able to request a refund or exchange. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.  If you encounter any issues with your download or access to the product, please contact our customer support within 14 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to assist you.
