Cancellation Policy

Proper Advantage Personal & Professional Development | Coaching & Training Booking Policy, Disclaimers, Requirements & Intake Acknowledgment | Coach: Cathy Bracken, Certified Coach | Mental Health Disclaimer: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. Clients who are in crisis, emotionally unstable, or under active mental health treatment should consult their provider before enrolling. The Coach may decline or discontinue services if coaching is not appropriate. | Language Requirement: Clients must speak and read English fluently to participate in coaching or training programs. | Between‑Session Communication: All between‑session questions or support are handled by email. Responses are provided within 24 hours. No phone or video communication occurs outside scheduled coaching or training sessions. | Cancellation & Rescheduling: Coaching sessions require 48‑hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. No‑shows may be charged the full session rate. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is canceled and the fee is forfeited. | Training Programs & Digital Materials: Training programs and digital materials (including downloads, templates, videos, and online courses) are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded. | Payment: Payment is required before accessing training materials or scheduling coaching sessions. | Intake Forms: If coaching support is included, the intake form must be completed at booking.
